We started with a belief that refuses to be complicated. That every Australian living with disability deserves the same freedom, the same dignity, and the same right to direct their own life as anyone else. Not a watered-down version of it. The full thing. 

From our home in Queensland, we reach across Brisbane and Ipswich, through Lockyer, Scenic Rim, and Somerset, all the way to Toowoomba, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Because genuine, empowering support does not stop at a postcode boundary. Neither do we. 

We support children, adults, and seniors across every disability type including physical, intellectual, multiple disabilities, and mental illness. And across every age, our answer is always the same. You belong here, and we are here for you. 

Empowerment is the word at the very heart of our name, and we take that seriously. We listen before we act, plan before we prescribe, and measure our success not by hours delivered but by lives genuinely changed. When the people we support grow more confident, more independent, and more in control of their own journey, that is what AUDES looks like working.
