Development-Life Skills
Independence is not given, it is built. At AUDES, we equip NDIS participants with the practical skills, the confidence, and the tools they need to take greater control of their everyday lives and their future.
What is Development – Life Skills?
The ability to cook a meal, manage a budget, catch a bus, communicate a need, or organise a week, these are the skills that quietly hold an independent life together. For many NDIS participants, developing or strengthening these capabilities is one of the most transformative things a support service can offer.
At AUDES, our Development – Life Skills support begins with a simple but important step: understanding where you are starting from, and where you want to go. We never assume what a person can or cannot do. We sit down with you, understand your goals, identify the specific skills you want to build, and create a learning plan that is realistic, encouraging, and entirely personal.
Progress is not a race. Some participants are working steadily toward full independent living. Others are focused on one or two specific areas where greater confidence would make a real difference. Whatever your goal, our team moves at your pace, celebrating what you achieve and building on it consistently until the skills you are developing start to feel like second nature.

Why Choose AUDES
The best life skills support works toward making itself unnecessary. At AUDES, that is our goal, to invest so fully in your growth and capability that you need us a little less with every passing month. We measure our success not by hours delivered but by the independence you gain. And watching our participants grow into that independence is the most rewarding part of what we do.
